Phil Gousman is the Director of Data Strategy & Partnerships for the London Stock Exchange Group’s (LSEG) Digital

Identity and Fraud business. In this role, he leads and delivers the strategy and roadmap for our product’s strategic

partnerships. His team is also responsible for growing and managing our portfolio of strategic partnerships, which

include over 100 partners providing over 400 data sources across more than 50 countries.

Phil has spent the past 10 years working at high growth technology companies, leading strategic partnerships,

M&A, and global operations. Most recently, Phil was the Vice President of Data Strategy & Partnerships at Global

Data Consortium (GDC) and prior to that, the Director of Global Data Partnerships at Ekata. Earlier in his career,

he was an attorney working as in-house counsel at a startup and still uses his legal skills to this day to help craft

partnerships.
